Are the lace knots bleached?

Each wig is handmade, custom-made, once your order has been placed: this timeframe allows us to select and prepare the hair with the utmost care, to guarantee you a final result that meets your expectations rather than a standardized product. What is your return and refund policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact us if the wig has not been worn, styled, colored, or modified, and is returned in its original packaging with the protective elements intact. Reimbursement will be issued after receipt and inspection of the item.
