All our wigs are custom-made with Premium human hair to guarantee exceptional quality and a natural look.

Delivery

Delivery time is estimated between 5 and 7 business days depending on your destination country.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For hygiene reasons, the wig must imperatively be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unglued
- Unstyled or unmodified
- In its original packaging
Upon receipt, our team will perform a full product verification.
If all conditions are met, your refund will be validated and processed to your original payment method. A confirmation will then be sent to you by email.

Retour accepté sous 14 jours si la perruque n'a pas été portée ni utilisée, et qu'elle est renvoyée dans son emballage d'origine. Nos équipes vérifient l'état du produit avant de valider le remboursement.
