Delivery

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For hygiene reasons, the wig must imperatively be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unglued
- Unstyled or unmodified
- In its original packaging
Upon receipt, our team will carry out a complete verification of the product.
If all conditions are met, your refund will be validated and processed to your original payment method. A confirmation will then be sent to you by email.

Nos perruques étant confectionnées à la commande, comptez 2 à 3 jours de préparation avant expédition, puis 5 à 7 jours ouvrés de livraison. Un délai un peu plus long, mais qui garantit une perruque fabriquée avec soin, spécialement pour vous.
Retour accepté sous 14 jours si la perruque n'a pas été portée ni utilisée, et qu'elle est renvoyée dans son emballage d'origine. Nos équipes vérifient l'état du produit avant de valider le remboursement.
