What is the quality of the hair used?
We use exclusively virgin human hair (chemically untreated) of Remy quality, which means that all cuticles are aligned in the same direction. The result: no excessive tangling, natural shine, and a soft texture that lasts over time.
Does the wig shed a lot?
Some minimal shedding is normal at first, as the wig "settles" (like natural hair after a blow-dry). With gentle care and regular detangling from ends to roots, shedding remains minimal.
Is the cap breathable and comfortable?
Yes, our caps are made of breathable material with adjustable straps and built-in clips, for a secure fit all day long without pulling on the scalp.
Are the knots on the lace bleached?
Yes, the knots are bleached for the most natural-looking root possible, reducing the "black dot" effect seen on some untreated lace.
Can I wear this wig glueless?
Yes, thanks to the adjustable straps and integrated clips, the wig can be worn without glue or adhesive tape. For a reinforced hold on specific occasions, you can still use glue or styling gel.
Can I swim or play sports with my wig on?
It's possible occasionally, but we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to chlorinated or salt water, or excessive perspiration without protection, as this can dry out the fiber and weaken the lace in the long term.
How do I wash and care for my wig?
Wash it every 2 to 3 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, using lukewarm water. Always gently detangle from bottom to top before washing, let it air dry, and store it on a suitable stand to preserve its shape and density.
Can I use heat tools (straighteners, curling irons)?
Yes, since it's 100% natural hair, you can use heated styling tools up to 180°C. We always recommend applying a heat protectant before use to preserve the hair fiber.
What density should I choose?
Our wigs are mainly offered in 150% to 180% density, providing generous and natural volume. The recommended density depends on the desired look: lighter and more natural (150%) or more voluminous (180% and above).
How long does the color last if I dye my wig?
Color lasts as long as on natural hair, provided you use hair care products suitable for color-treated hair. We recommend having your hair colored by a professional to preserve the quality of the hair fiber.
What are the delivery times?
Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your order. Each wig is custom-made by hand after your order is placed: this timeframe allows us to select and prepare the hair with the utmost care, to guarantee a final result that meets your expectations rather than a standardized product. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.
What is your return and refund policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact us if the wig has not been worn, styled, colored, or altered, and is returned in its original packaging with the protective seals intact. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the item.
What if the wig doesn't fit when I receive it?
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt with photos if possible. We study each situation individually to find the best solution: exchange, credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Is the wig pre-plucked and pre-cut?
Yes, all our lace wigs are pre-plucked and the lace is pre-cut, ready to wear upon receipt. A final adjustment of the lace according to your natural hairline is still recommended for an optimal result.
