All our wigs are custom-made with Premium human hair to ensure exceptional quality and a natural look.

Delivery
📦 Once your wig is finished, it is carefully packaged and then shipped.
Delivery time is estimated between 5 and 7 business days depending on your destination country.
A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email upon shipment of your order.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For hygiene reasons, the wig must imperatively be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unglued
- Unstyled or unmodified
- In its original packaging
