What is the quality of the hair used?
We use exclusively virgin (chemically unprocessed) Remy human hair, which means that all cuticles are aligned in the same direction. The result: no excessive tangling, natural shine, and a soft texture that lasts over time.
Does the wig shed a lot?
A slight shedding is normal at first, while the wig "settles" (like natural hair after a blow dry). With gentle care and regular detangling from the ends upwards, shedding remains minimal.
Is the cap breathable and comfortable?
Yes, our wig caps are made from breathable material with adjustable straps and built-in clips, ensuring a secure fit all day long without pulling on the scalp.
Are the knots on the lace bleached?
Yes, the knots are bleached for the most natural root appearance possible, reducing the "black dot" effect visible on some untreated lace.
Can I wear this wig glueless?
Yes, thanks to the adjustable straps and integrated clips, the wig can be worn without glue or adhesive tape. For a stronger hold on specific occasions, you can still use glue or styling gel.
Can I swim or play sports with my wig on?
This is possible occasionally, but we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to chlorinated or salt water, or excessive perspiration without protection, as this can dry out the fiber and weaken the lace in the long term.
How to wash and care for my wig?
Wash every 2 to 3 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner in lukewarm water. Always gently detangle from bottom to top before washing, air dry, and store on a suitable stand to maintain its shape and density.
Can I use heated styling tools (straightener, curling iron)?
Yes, since this is 100% natural hair, you can use heated tools up to 180°C. We always recommend applying a heat protectant before any use to preserve the hair fiber.
What density to choose?
Our wigs are mainly offered in 150% to 180% density, providing generous and natural volume. The recommended density depends on the desired look: lighter and more natural (150%) or more voluminous (180% and above).
How long does the color last if I dye my wig?
The color lasts as long as on natural hair, provided you use products suitable for color-treated hair. We recommend having the coloring done by a professional to preserve the quality of the hair fiber.
What are the delivery times?
Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your order. Each wig is handmade, custom-made, once your order is placed: this allows us to select and prepare the hair with the utmost care, to guarantee a final result that meets your expectations rather than a standardized product. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.
What is your return and refund policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact us if the wig has not been worn, styled, colored, or altered, and is returned in its original packaging with the protective elements intact. The refund will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
